Do you have financial problems or fears about money?
We all know what it’s like to worry about not having enough money. The thoughts about how we are going to get more or spend less consume a lot of our waking time.
We focus on the money going out as that seems endless. There never seems to be enough coming in.
Underneath we doubt our ability to make money. We think we are not being paid enough, or our services are not being valued by customers.
How can we have the future we want when we don’t have enough money? There never seems to be enough money to do what we want, when we want it.
These money thoughts and fears run how we live our lives.
What would it be like to face your money fears?
What would it be like to take the time to face your fears, those thoughts and beliefs running constantly around in your head?
If you were to feel even slightly less fearful of money and your ability to have it in the future, would that be something you would be open to?
In this weekend workshop, we will do just that, dive into our fears about money.
We will explore our thinking about:
- never having enough money
- spending all the money we have
- not being paid enough
- not being paid at all for what you do
We will also explore your families money story. Where did your thinking about money come from?
Then we will look at:
- what it means if I have money
- what it means if I don’t have money
- why I choose to spend money on others and not myself
And finally, we’ll talk about your sense of ‘worth’ and not trust that money will be there.
Join me for this dive into money fears workshop.
