Putting on My Facade To Protect Myself

There are many ways I choose to protect myself and one of them is to put on my facade. It helps me to not feel, to not be in touch with my emotions.

It’s a great self-protection mechanism. And it works until you realize that it’s not supporting you.
Facades are a temporary measure that creates unbalance, rather than balance.
