3 life coaching sessions using The Work to see if it’s for you.
It will allow you to get a feel for how we will work through a life issue that you have. You’ll get the opportunity to experience what it’s like to explore your feelings about an issue.
We’ll look at whats happening, how you react and explore why you react the way you do. The sessions will include learning the inquiry based method.
Each session runs for 1 hour.
How we connect up for our sessions
We will meet up via WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, or Face Time. Distance is no barrier.
We’ll agree a mutually suitable time to connect for our sessions. I am available early mornings and evenings to fit around working hours.
Why try life coaching using The Work?
The Work is a different method that allows you to learn a tool you can use yourself, after these initial sessions. The Work is used by thousands of people all over the world to end their stress and suffering.
