This program is for people who are interested in making a change in their life. It is an opportunity to learn how to question your thinking in order to end the suffering that you are currently experiencing.
Each day we meet for an hour, at a mutually agreed time. We can meet in person, via telephone or Zoom/Skype. You don’t need to turn up with anything other than what is stressing you at the current time.
I’ll support you through what ever is happening in the moment, on that day.
This is the ‘no stress’ approach to working through lifes difficulties.
People who have undertaken this program have experienced:
- significant shifts in their relationships
- an ability to reconnect with themselves
- the ability to slow down their thinking
- less anxiety
- less stress in their daily life
- the ability to communicate clearly
- the excitement of doing The Work daily, and wanting to
