How this program supports you
This sixteen-week program is about you gaining a tool and a practice that will allow you to learn to manage your anxiety.
In these sessions, we will begin to look at slowing down the thoughts running around in your head for a given situation. We will play with ideas and ways of starting to notice the thinking that is occurring at the moment you begin to feel anxious. This might sound impossible to you now; I can attest that it is possible. I have done it.
We will explore simple and effective ways to be present in the moment, not off in the future.
In the program, we will spend six weeks focusing on slowing things down when you feel anxious. We will use inquiry-based coaching (The Work of Byron Katie) as the tool.
Then we will work for 10 weeks putting this into practice. The aim is that by the end of the sixteen weeks you will feel more confident in your ability to manage your anxiety as it arises, or at least understand how to do that.
Why do this program?
You may have been and seen Counselors, Psychologists or Psychiatrists and had some benefit for your anxiety, and yet it hasn’t really shifted it.
Then again you might have been trying to manage it on your own with no success.
This 16 week program is based on sound knowledge and experience working with a number of people with anxiety. The method used is simple.
Learning how to slow down your busy mind and get to the root cause of what you are really distressed about is the key to life long change. That is where this program focuses.
It is different to any other program that I am aware of at this time.
How the program works
Each week for six weeks we meet online for two hours. You will be part of a group of people also suffering from anxiety.
For the six weeks, we will explore inquiry-based coaching and show you how you can use The Work of Byron Katie to begin to understand what is behind your anxiety.
After these first six weeks, we will spend the next 11 weeks in an online group putting into practice what you have learned. Each week we will check in and explore what’s working and what’s not so you can learn from me and the others present how they have handled similar situations.
We will continue to use the self-inquiry practice each week so that it becomes a familiar tool to reach for.
You will have a community of support and understanding.
Here’s the wrap up:
- 6 two hour sessions – each week for six weeks we meet online for a group session.
- 6 weeks of recorded sessions will be available so that you can always go back and view them once we begin the ‘putting what you’ve learned into practice’ journey.
- weekly check-in – each week for 10 weeks following the online group sessions I will check in with you to see how things are working for you. You can let me know what’s not working and I can address that in a future session.
- a safe and secure environment to explore your anxiety with others who have experienced it.

How to join the group
The cost of this program is $220 in total.
If you want to break the payment in half and make two payments of $110, then please contact me to make those arrangements.
You can join the next group simply by clicking on the button below.
Once you pay, I will send you the link to join the first session. You will then use that same link to join each subsequent session on the same day and time each week, for all of the six weeks.
If our scheduled session falls on a public holiday I will notify you and we will not have a session on that day, or if the group chooses, we may find another suitable day in the week to have a substitute session.
